１．発表時間について

（基調講演　40分間）発表時間30分＋質疑応答10分
（重点共同研究　30分間）発表時間25分+質疑応答5分
（一般共同研究　20分間）発表時間15分+質疑応答5分
（博士後期課程共同研究　15分間）発表時間12分+質疑応答3分

 ２．発表時のスライドについて

（対面で発表の方）
・会場備え付けのパソコン（Windows11）のご利用を推奨しております。USBメディア等で発表用データをお持ちください。
・ご自身のパソコンでの接続を希望される方は開会前または休憩時間に動作チェックをお願いいたします。プロジェクターの接続端子はHDMI端子です。アダプター等はご持参いただけますようお願いいたします。またオンラインで配信するためネットワークへの接続をお願いいたします。
・機器の設定の関係で、一部スライド上の動画音声がオンライン上に流れない可能性があります、ご了承ください。

（オンラインで発表の方）
・Zoomに入室後、ご自身の発表時間になりましたら、画面共有をお願いいたします。
・発表セッション開始前に入室をお願いいたします。

３．録画について

参加者による録画、録音等は一切禁止となっております。環日本海域環境研究センターでは記録用として、ホストパソコンでの録画を実施する場合がございます。ご了承ください。

1. About presentation time

(Keynote speech:  40 minutes) Presentation time 30 minutes + Q&A 10 minutes
(Key Joint Research Program:  30 minutes) Presentation time 25 minutes + Q&A 5 minutes
(Joint Research Program: 20 minutes) Presentation time 15 minutes + Q&A 5 minutes
(Ph.D. student Support Program: 15 minutes) Presentation time 12 minutes + Q&A 3 minutes

2. Regarding presentation slides

(For those presenting onsite)
・We recommend using the computer (Windows 11) provided at the venue. Please bring your presentation data on USB media, etc.
-If you wish to connect using your own computer, please check its operation before the meeting or during a break. The connection terminal for the projector is an HDMI terminal. Please bring your own adapters, etc. Please also connect to the network to stream online.
・Please note that the video and audio on some slides may not be streamed online due to device settings.

・After joining Zoom, when it is time for your presentation, please share your screen.
・Please enter the room before the presentation session begins.

3. About recording

Recording or recording by participants is strictly prohibited. The Japan Rim Environmental Research Center may record videos on a host computer for record-keeping purposes. note that.
