１．発表時間について

（基調講演　40分間）発表時間30分＋質疑応答10分
（重点共同研究　25分間）発表時間20分+質疑応答5分
（一般共同研究　15分間）発表時間12分+質疑応答3分
（博士後期課程共同研究　12分間）発表時間10分+質疑応答2分

 ２．発表時のスライドについて

（対面で発表の方）
・会場備え付けのパソコン（Windows11）のご利用を推奨しております。USBメディア等で発表用データをお持ちください。
・ご自身のパソコンでの接続を希望される方は開会前または休憩時間に動作チェックをお願いいたします。プロジェクターの接続端子はHDMI端子です。アダプター等はご持参いただけますようお願いいたします。またオンラインで配信するためネットワークへの接続をお願いいたします。
・機器の設定の関係で、一部スライド上の動画音声がオンライン上に流れない可能性があります、ご了承ください。

（オンラインで発表の方）
・Zoomに入室後、ご自身の発表時間になりましたら、画面共有をお願いいたします。
・接続テストをご希望の方は、3月6日の14時～15時に接続テストを実施いたします。接続テストも報告会当日と同じZoomのURLで接続が可能です。

３．録画について

参加者による録画、録音等は一切禁止となっております。環日本海域環境研究センターでは記録用として、ホストパソコンでの録画を実施する場合がございます。ご了承ください。

1. About presentation time

(Keynote speech 40 minutes) Presentation time 30 minutes + Q&A 10 minutes
(Key joint research 25 minutes) Presentation time 20 minutes + Q&A 5 minutes
(Joint research 15 minutes) Presentation time 12 minutes + Q&A 3 minutes
(Ph.D. student Support Program 12 minutes) Presentation time 10 minutes + Q&A 2 minutes

2. Presentation slides

(For those presenting face-to-face)
・We recommend using the computer (Windows 11) at the venue. Please bring your presentation data on USB media, etc.
If you wish to connect using your own computer, please check its operation before the meeting or during a break.
The connection terminal for the projector is an HDMI terminal. Please bring your own adapters, etc.
Please also connect to the network to stream online.
・The video and audio on some slides may not be streamed online due to device settings.

(For those presenting online)
・When it is time for your presentation, please share your screen.
・If you would like to take a connection test, we will conduct an access test on March 6th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.(JST)
(You can connect to the access test using the same Zoom URL as on the day of the symposium.

3. About recording

Recording by participants is strictly prohibited. Kinet official may record videos on a host computer for record-keeping purposes.
