【ポスター発表者向けお知らせ（１）】

１．ポスターデータについて（2月29日提出締切）
データ提出はPowerPointまたはPDFの形式でお送りください。
２/29までに右記のメールアドレスまでご提出ください。（送付先：pattykiku@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp(環日松田)）
※データは報告会Webページに掲載します（パスワード保護で参加者のみ閲覧可）。会場でのポスター掲示はありません。

２．ポスターセッションについて
3月8日（13：30-15：30）に2部制でポスターセッションの時間を設けております。
ポスター発表者を前半・後半の2部に分けて、オンラインZoomのブレイクアウトルーム内で発表・質疑応答を行っていただきます。

※該当のセッションの時間帯は「ポスターセッション時間(Poster session time)」をご覧ください。
※対面参加の方も、ポスターセッションの際はオンラインでZoomに入室していただく必要があります。また、対面参加の方は会場内でのハウリングを防ぐため、ヘッドセットなどをご持参ください。
※接続テストをご希望の方は、3月6日の14時～15時に接続テストを実施いたします。接続テストも報告会当日と同じZoomのURLで接続が可能です。

別途、オンライン接続の案内をお送りしますので、下記より参加登録をお願いいたします。
代理でのご発表を予定の方は、代理の方にも併せて登録をお願いいたします。

2023 joint research results report meeting

[Notice for poster presenters (1)]

1. About poster data (submission deadline: February 29th)
Please submit data in PowerPoint or PDF format.
Please submit by February 29th to the email address on the right. (Sent to: pattykiku@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp (Kanichi Matsuda))
*Data will be posted on the debriefing webpage (password protected and only visible to participants). There will be no posters displayed at the venue.

2. About the poster session
There will be a two-part poster session on March 8th (13:30-15:30).
Poster presenters will be divided into two parts, and will make presentations and ask questions in the online Zoom breakout rooms.

*Please check “Poster session time” for the time slot of the relevant session.
*Even if you are attending face to face, you will need to join Zoom online for the poster session. In addition, please bring a headset etc. to prevent howling inside the venue.
*We will conduct a connection test on March 6th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm (JST). You can also connect to the connection test using the same Zoom URL as on the day of the debriefing session.
