要旨：2020年に開催されるはずであった、生物多様性条約のCOP15がCOVID-19のために2022年に延期され、最終的に昆明―モントリオール枠組みが採択された。その期間を含み、最近の数年間で、生物多様性をめぐる動きに大きな変化があった。その概要を紹介する。
