要旨：本発表ではズワイガニやケガニ、イセエビなどの国内の水産重要種である甲殻類を用いた比較生理学とその環境毒性学への応用例、そして身近な甲殻類が示す月周繁殖リズムや寄生虫による性転換現象などに関する最新の知見を紹介する。さらに、能登半島を中心に進めている希少な動植物の調査についても紹介し、フィールド研究の魅力をお伝えしたい。
